Qualtrics

Step 1: Log in to Qualtrics. Website link: https://oregon.ca1.qualtrics.com

Step 2: Click on the project you want to work on (e.g. THEME student survey) or start a new project.

Step 3: Make edits to existing project, copy project, or create new project using the “Builder” function.

Step 4: Once you complete the survey, you can preview and then publish (buttons on the upper right hand corner).

Step 5: After the survey is published, you can send the survey link (click on “Distributions,” then “Anonymous link”).

Step 6: If you wish to set triggers (automatic emails whenever someone completes the survey), click on “Survey options,” then “Post-Survey,” then “Manage email triggers.”
