Specialization

How to add specializations: 

1. In DocHub, send student the “SOMD Specialization Declaration”. This form needs to be signed by the student, faculty member who oversees the specialization, and Assistant Dean of Graduate Studies.
2. Once this is signed, in DocHub, send the student the “Gradsch Declaration of Specialization.pdf”. This will go to the student and Assistant Dean of Graduate Studies. Upon completion, the student will need to send this form to the Division of Graduate Studies (DGS) for final approval. Ask student to cc’ the SOMD grad office.
3.  DGS will send an approval of the form. When that is received, make a note in FileMaker.
