  • Evaluation forms
    • Evaluation forms are sent from the Music Graduate Office directly to the committee for various degree-fulfilling events, including recitals, doctoral exams, master’s oral exams, and doctoral lectures.
    • Step One: All evaluation forms are created in FileMaker (click on the “Graduate Forms” icon). Make sure to fill in the form fields (from the “Degree Progress” tab, “Graduation Status” tab, and the table (on the side of the form).

    • Step Two: Once the form has been created, put it in a folder to be sent via DocHub to the committee on the day of the event.
    • Step Three: After all committee members have signed, notify the student, file the evaluation form, and update in FileMaker.
