Shannon’s Story
Slurp is a food cart located in Kesey Square Eugene, Oregon and owned by the one and only Shannon Sloan. Shannon is originally from Hawaii and moved to Eugene in 2007 to attend the University of Oregon. Through all of her experiences, and the help of her partner Jayme, she changed her path and went to follow her dream.What led her to becoming the owner of this incredible food cart was an incredible revelation that has changed her life forever.
