Welcome! I am currently a GeoPRISMS Postdoctoral Scholar at the University of Oregon. I received my PhD in 2019 from the University of Oregon in beautiful Eugene, studying geophysics and seismology. My research focuses on imaging and understanding the Earth’s upper mantle and how it relates to the processes we observe on Earth’s surface. Specifically, I focus on understanding the Cascadia subduction zone and the Juan de Fuca plate system offshore of the western US. I was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico where I completed my B.S. at the University of New Mexico in physics and applied mathematics.
