“There is so much coverage of the #MeToo movement that focuses on the perpetrators. I think covering this movement from a solutions angle offers readers some hope. There are people and organizations out there  trying to end sexual abuse and harassment in creative and resourceful ways. My goal, as a solutions journalist, is to highlight those positive stories.”

Kelsey Harnisch will graduate from the UO School of Journalism and Communication with a Bachelor of Science in journalism in June 2019.
