A Student Activities Power Couple Now in Dallas
Kirk shares, “Wenting and I are from China. We met each other in an accounting class at the UO in 2011.
The four years we spent together in Eugene were unforgettable and meaningful to both of us. We did a lot of things together such as taking classes in Lillis business complex, watching football at Autzen Stadium, volunteering on University Days, and leading International Student Orientation.
In 2013, we also studied abroad together at The University of Hong Kong for a semester.
We are really grateful for all of the memorable experiences from UO. After we graduated, we moved to Dallas, TX to pursue our master’s degree. Currently, we are living in Dallas with our two dogs, Casper and Amber. Casper is a pomeranian boy who comes from Oregon as well. He was born in Corvallis and moved with us to Texas.
Wenting and I got married in 2018. We had a destination wedding in Bali, Indonesia.”
