Mary shares that she and Lawrence knew each other quite well while they were studying at UO, but the timing wasn’t right for a relationship then.
Mary graduated Dec 1976. She and Lawrence went their separate ways living in different countries. They only met again in 1981 when Mary was on her way to attend a wedding in the US and made a stop in San Francisico!
