I am happy to provide an embargoed advanced review copy via PDF, or to ask the publisher to mail out a hard copy.  Please send me an email at tippett@uoregon.edu.

I may be able to provide short excerpts of the book for republication, but will need advanced notice to request permission from the publisher.
