Media inquiries:  Journalists are welcome to reach out directly via email and need not do so through the UO communications department.  Please include the deadline in your email, and attach any documents you would like me to review.  I am often able to respond the same day.  You can also call my office phone at 541-346-8938, as voicemail transcripts will be forwarded to my email.

Individuals seeking legal representation:  While I rarely take on individual clients for representation, I am happy to help refer you to an employment lawyer if you send me an email.  Please be sure to include the state where you live so I can make suggestions for attorneys in your area.

Attorneys and bar associations:  I am happy to provide CLE presentations for bar associations and to contribute amicus briefs in impact litigation.  I am an active member of the bar in Oregon, California, New York and am admitted to Supreme Court bar.  I may be able to serve as a consulting attorney in ongoing litigation, depending on conflicts of interest and my availability.
