Being inspired by the First International Day of LGBTQ+ People in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths (STEM) held on July 5th, 2018 and 500queerscientists.com , we have highlighted four prominent LGBTQ+ people in STEM for this year’s Eugene Pride celebration (week of August 11). Check out their contributions to science and technology and how they have lived as an out person in the STEM fields! Thanks for inspiring us and being out role models in STEM, Profs.
