Mary is a PhD candidate in Political Science. Her research focuses on housing policy. She is also former Wayne Morse Research Fellow. As LERC’s Graduate Employee Mary is responsible for assisting with current research projects and some programmatic work.
Christy McElroy, Fiscal Coordinator
Christy is LERC’s accountant and travel coordinator. She is responsible for financial tracking and reconciliation, grant award administration, accounts receivable (invoicing), accounts payable, and travel processing and reimbursements. She also prepares financial management reports and is responsible for LERC’s year-end and beginning budget processes for the department.

Lacey Taylor, Program Coordinator
Based in our Portland office, Lacey is responsible for preparing communications about LERC to both University of Oregon and external audiences. This includes printed materials such as program brochures and reports, as well as electronic newsletters, releases, and managing our website and social media content. Lacey also assists with conference preparation, special events, materials, and other projects.

Jennifer Smith, Project Coordinator
Jenn coordinates many of the education and outreach programs for the Eugene office, including our annual summer school conference. She also administers the flow of LERC’s programs from set up to close out and maintains our contacts database. In addition, she provides administrative support for grants and other special projects.
