At the beginning of winter term, I helped myself clearing up the learning goals for this three months. Follow are my learning goals for this term.

  1. I want to know more basic theories about art marketing. Most of the marketing strategies are common sense, I cannot define them unless I know what they are. I want to know more about theory thing like definitions of kinds of marketing category and strategies.  Most of the hands-on practices are based on the theory, I want to be familiar with those that I’m going to put them into real cases.
  2. Based on the survey about my organization last term, I want to develop an hands-on experience about marketing. Since the organization I picked is a pretty large scale museum, they have mature marketing strategies, what I want to do this term is to learn from their existing marketing planning and strategies and develop some more marketing strategy myself.
  3. Observe both in daily life and study cases or online resources after understanding the definitions of marketing, learning to clarify what strategies they are using, how to apply them into myself’s marketing planning.
  4. Well-organize my e-PortFile.
