Currently I am working on how the solubility of methane changes due to pore size variation and salinity affects. The problem has been approached in 2D, and I am currently making it a 3D problem. This includes coding a sphere packing process to simulate a sedimentary layer and subsequently applying 3D calculations to calculate the undercooling.
In my undergraduate thesis I focused on static stress changes. I focused on how a realistic 3-Dimensional geometry of the fault drastically changes the resulting slip field and implications for slip on the fault.
