Wade Young-Jelinek received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oregon in 2011. A native of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, Wade became interested in performance art at punk shows in the early 1990s, ultimately studying audio engineering during a short stint at the Art Institute of Seattle in 1993-1994. Since that time, Wade has worked professionally as a stagehand, audio engineer, lighting technician, lighting designer, stage manager and production manager for a wide range of performance art forms. Wade currently serves as the Event Services Manager at the University of Oregon’s Erb
Memorial Union.
