Service blue print: Dominos Order Service

Group Workshop Services BlueprintWhen analyzing the blueprint, we noticed that Dominoes does not have company delivery vehicles. This can be confusing and unsettling for customers. Shifting to a company car would improve image and customer satisfaction. Overall Dominoes has done a great job of optimizing the delivery process and its service blueprint.
