The 2025 Oregon Jazz Festival will take place at the University of Oregon and at Lane Community College on January 24-25, 2025.
Registration
You can register online today! For the cost of registration, each group will receive a 30-minute warm-up time, a 30-minute performance time slot, a 30-minute post-performance clinic, and festival passes good for entry to all workshops and concerts. Those concerts include:

Guest Artist Showcase – Helen Sung
Saturday, January 25, 2025 | 5:30 pm | U of O
Helen Sung joins the Lane CC Big Band and the Oregon Jazz Ensemble. Will also include encore performances from outstanding festival participant groups.
20 festival passes are included in the registration fees for each large jazz ensemble, and 8 festival passes are included in the registration fees for each small group.
Registration Fees:
$450 for the first big band registered
$350 for each subsequent big band
$150 for each small group
If you need additional festival passes, you can purchase them for $10 each.

Our mission in creating the Oregon Jazz Festival is to provide an opportunity for our jazz community to come together in one event with the intent to support and celebrate artistry, life-long learning, enjoyment and enrichment. In this spirit, we expect all participating groups to stay throughout the entire day to take advantage of the available workshops, support other performing groups, and attend evening concerts.
