Our Team

We are researchers, teachers, and students who want to make a difference in advertising. A lack of diversity undermines the industry’s inclusiveness, creativity, and ability to be a vehicle for positive change in the world. We wanted to understand the gravity of advertising’s lack-of-diversity problem, so we collected the data.
