1. Neal Conner, 63, ponders his next task as a professional neon artist.
2. Neal examines a bent neon glass sign after scraping off paint and making adjustments with a mouth tube to control the flow of air that goes into the sign.
3. Neal takes measurements for future adjustments on the glass sign to ensure that it will fit perfectly onto the “Olympia” neon base.
4. Neal, using a special torch, fuses an electrode to the bent glass sign which will transmit fluorescent properties into the glass.
5. Neal injects argon into the bent glass to inspect its quality of light emission.
