Melissa K. Graciosa is a career-track faculty member with the Institute for Policy Research and Engagement (IPRE). She manages and directs applied research projects on a range of subjects that center advancing equity, participation, and resilience. Ms. Graciosa received her Master’s in Community Regional Planning from the University of Oregon in June 2021. During her graduate studies, she was part of a multi-award-winning Oregon Heritage Resilience Community Planning Workshop team that developed a cultural resilience framework and was recognized at the state and national levels.
