Ellee has worked on numerous IPRE projects since 2016. With a background in landscape architecture, she has used her design training to support parks planning for communities around Oregon. She is currently managing the downtown plan update project for the city of Monmouth. Ellee’s interests include community engagement in public landscape planning, urban ecology, and environmental justice. She is especially passionate about the intersection of planning and design and loves collaborating across disciplines.
