Brendan works as a Project Manager within IPRE leading a team of four graduate students in an update of the Community Wildfire Protection Plan for Clackamas County. Originally from Massachusetts, he moved to Oregon to attend the Community and Regional Planning program here at the University of Oregon. In addition to his work with IPRE, Brendan is also active in research examining how people interact with transportation systems and how those experiences manifest in inequitable outcomes to better understand the impacts on quality of life from economic, ecological, and social perspectives. He explores his interest in active and sustainable transportation systems through his research projects and serving as co-president of the active transportation student organization, LiveMove.
