My name is Nikki Pirucki and I am currently a Junior at the University of Oregon, pursuing a degree in Journalism with a focus in Public Relations. After college I would like to spend some time traveling to each continent, pursue a career in corporate public relations, and eventually start a family. Some of my oldest and best memories are of my time playing sports and the lessons I learned for being a part of athletic teams. Being active and participating in athletics has fueled my drive to be the best I can be and to never give up on something I am passionate about. I strongly feel that this is a major reflection on my work ethic and the person I am in general. I am constantly motivated to give 100% in all that I do, whether it’s work-related, in my personal relationships, or for my own personal benefit. This is why I plan on working in the sports industry or for a company that focuses on athletic apparel.

Ryan Levenson. A member of the board for the Pit Crew, The University of Oregon’s student section. I am also the cofounder of DailyJade.com, a satire website for the Eugene area I moderate and manage a team of 18 satire content creators. However, for me life is about doing work and loving what you do. I live to explore. I have a passion for healthy living. I take on way more than I can chew and as a result, I work overtime. In my free time I listen to and tell personal stories. Soon I hope to be working for a major company or agency telling short video stories to the masses. I aim to motivate and live just to see what is new. To me life is all about living in the moment, never fearing what is to come next. Spontaneity is freedom.
