Can anyone check out equipment?
Our virtual reality headsets and 360 cameras are available for check out by anyone in a Journalism class or by special request with faculty approval.
Can I book the IML?
Allen Hall production spaces including the Immersive Media Lab can be reserved for use by SOJC faculty and students.
What equipment does the lab have?
The Immersive Media Lab is equipped with three PC workstations which can be paired with wall-mounted displays and webcams. The instructor station is a powerful PC built to handle intensive computing and is connected to the room’s projector and sound system.
