Empower is an education center focused on creating an age-inclusive space to promote healthy lifestyles. The space offers access to diverse classroom teachers, community groups, and physical therapists. The space offers a safe place to learn new health and life skills, gather for community activities, and participate in a wide variety of classes. These spaces may help to provide opportunities that are currently less available for both age groups and provide resources and advice for increased ability to participate in physical activity. The spaces will be designed to provide opportunities for education, exercise, relaxation, and community experiences.
