TrackTown Fitness is a free community fitness program based on concepts first taught by University of Oregon track and field coach Bill Bowerman more than 50 years ago. His community jogging classes are credited with sparking the running boom in the U.S. and we’re using those same principles to set the standard for a healthy community and state.
The program will run each Sunday morning from 8 – 9 a.m. at Autzen Stadium beginning January 27. There will be a focus on preparing everyone for the Eugene Marathon, Half Marathon & 5k on April 26–28, but everybody is welcome. Open to all ages and abilities!
