“Original” BBQ Sauce, from 7Eleven.

The image of the barbecue sauce taken at 7Eleven has the word “Original” in red bold letters so that is pops out from others. The product it’s self is appealing and clean looking. Although the issue with this delicious item is that it has the word “original” on it as if not all other brands of barbecue sauce are original. It also makes me question what makes barbecue sauce original?

The symmetrical rows of chips and dip present a clean and appealing display. The display is very bright and eye catching for the consumer. The picture to me communicates how and where our brain turns to visually. All the colors and big labels are so appealing that you don’t think about where exactly the food is coming from. The photograph result shows how commercialism has taken over in our society and our well being.
