Project Portfolio Description
Oregon Department of Human Services is an agency that helps people ensure that their
overall wellbeing, safety, health, and independence is well. The core values of ODHS are:
Integrity, Innovation, Respect, Service Equity, Responsibility, Stewardship, & Professionalism.
These core values are the foundation of the agency and how ODHS is able to serve clients, as
well as co-workers. Oregon Department of Human Services helps people access the necessary
resources in order for them to be successful such as housing, employment, food etc. The survey
that has been created for the first time for clients will consist of 41 questions focusing on safety,
treatment of staff to clients, and other general questions. The feedback will be evaluated using a
low effort- high impact matrix to see how the agency can improve on its service delivery. If
certain feedback requires funding or major changes it will be placed in the long-term goals and
will be evaluated closely to take the best approach. This survey will be conducted every two
years as this is the agency’s baseline for conducting surveys. The survey will be conducted again
in 2023, this data will then be compared with the data collected in 2021 to see if the agency
many the necessary changes.
