Project Portfolio Description

Bridgeway house is a nonprofit organization that offers treatments and an array of therapies and educational courses for all income levels of families to help support their children who are on the autism spectrum or have any learning disabilities. The target population that is being focused on for my senior project are the teachers, students and families that are within this facility. The aim to create a resource manual for teachers, students, and parents with outside resources will be effective because it will provide ways for teachers to interact with students and give students and parents access to instructions on facilitating Khan Academy, google classroom, and zoom. The resource manual has been great for the teachers to provide directions to the children over online school for in class assignments, as well as homework. This resource manual was only created to help with any online schooling due to Covid-19. However, with society going back to in person, the resource manual will not be as useful for futuristic purposes.
