Hello again, CAPS families! Here are some cool events happening this month:
- It’s a party in the park! On July 10th at Churchill Sports Park there will be a free performance and swing dancing lessons. This is sure to be a fun and unique way to get out and enjoy the sun with the whole family!
- On July 22nd, the Lane County Fair is offering free admission with the donation of 3 canned food items per person. The fair is an awesome place to catch pig races, magic shows, and performances from various parts of the community!
- On July 20/21 Coburg is hosting the 50th Golden Years Festival, which features a Pet Parade, Kids’ Rodeo, bounce houses and dunk tanks, and tons of food vendors, all free of charge!
- On July 28th, Springfield is hosting a Children’s Celebration at Island Park. There will be live music and fun activities for kids including face painting, balloons and crafts, as well as live music and pony rides! Admission is free with a canned food donation.
