When the sun is out and school’s out, it’s time for you and the family to get out and enjoy!
- On June 8th check out the Little Wonders event at the Museum of Natural and Cultural History. This month’s theme is Awesome Ocean Wonders! Your kiddos will get to enjoy a story, play games, and create a deep-sea craft to take home.
- It’s a Party in the Parks! Catch live music, good eats, circus arts, and a bike helmet giveaway on Tuesday nights all throughout summer. This month it will take place on 6/19 at Tugson Park and 6/26 at Willakenzie Park.
- On June 23rd check out the Oregon Aviation Historical Society’s 5th annual Wings & Wheels showcase! Ice cream and great food will be offered all day while you take in the glory of vintage “things that go”. Children 12 and under get in free and adult admittance costs only $5.
- On June 27th the Creswell Library will be hosting Oregon Rocks! This is a free family event which includes hands on exhibits and experiments centered around rocks, fossils, earthquakes, and volcanoes.
