Sometimes, for security reasons, first-time users of DuckWeb will display that “your PAC has expired”. Please try these methods to continue:
1. Try using the same Duck ID and PAC and you may be prompted to “change your PAC” and to activate a security question which will help you manage your account.
2. Try using your birthday. For example, if the birthday is May 24, 1990, use 052490.
3. You can call or Skype our Registrar’s Office and ask for a PAC reset at 1-(541) 346-2935 during regular office hours 08:00 to 17:00 Pacific Standard Time.
