This photo was taken this past June during Obama’s Fathers Day speech at Yosemite National Park. I think it’s interesting that they positioned his lectern here; the grandeur of the setting both emphasizes the importance of his words, and dwarfs him in relation to it.
This article poses another use for video games/virtual reality outside of a gaming context. Additionally, they reference a documentary called Cut-Off that came out recently. On the surface, this appears to be a really cut-and-dry issue; don’t build water parks during a drought. However, the situation is a lot more nuanced than that.
