Can virtual reality influence public policy decisions?

This article poses another use for video games/virtual reality outside of a gaming context. Additionally, they reference a documentary called Cut-Off that came out recently. It sounds like it’s largely about social policy in First Nations communities, but they’re intercut with environmental justice issues throughout.
