Welcome to my ENG 470 Capstone Blog project. My name is Maya, and I’m a student at the University of Oregon pursuing my public relations major and a minor in digital humanities. I am taking the ENG 470 at the UO as my final course in the digital humanities sequence to complete my minor. From this course, the knowledge I hope to gain is to earn the best way to take a complex historical event and be able to display it in the most intuitive interactive digital capacities that best translate the events, emotions, impacts, and other complexities of the event that text alone would not be able to achieve.
