About Me

Hello! My name is Danielle. I am a fulltime college student journalism major at the University of Oregon. I am what most call a nontraditional student. Thesaurus.com can provide a list of similar words or phrases, many of which are more flattering than how it actually feels to be a nontraditional student. This divisive feeling of nontraditional vs traditional student becomes more prominent when I step foot onto campus. Particularly while stuck in foot traffic when commuting to and from class, yet there is no feeling quite like the hot red rush of sweat from the bashfulness of being the oldest person in a room of 50 people. All that aside, I am proud to have conqured university and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for me.
