Who doesn’t love the opportunity to embrace their competitive side, earn some prizes all while advocating for their safety? Well, the COVID-19 Challenge allows you to do this all in one!
Within this last year, COVID-19 has taught us a lot about safety practices, health protocols and the importance of taking care of yourself and others around you. The University of Oregon’s goal through hosting the Crush COVID-19 Challenge is to create an interactive and engaging way for students to put to use all the learnings and life lessons they have taken from this epidemic.
The Crush COVID-19 Challenge will start March 29, 2021, and run all throughout the spring term. Students can register on crushcovid.uoregon.edu for a chance to earn prizes, secure a spot on the leaderboard and interact with the Ducks community.
Each week, the challenge will offer engaging quizzes consisting of multiple-choice questions or picture/video uploads that are designed to test people’s knowledge on safety practices, resources, health statistics and more! Along with getting points for completing the weekly challenges, students can also earn prizes by inviting their friends.
The prizes range from high-end technology, such as a MacBook Pro, to a tour of Autzen Stadium or dinner with your friend and our very own UO President Michael Schill! So text your friends and encourage them to get involved with the challenge this next term!
Good luck Ducks!
