Students are provided with an outline and instructions for completing one of the Case Study lessons. The outline provides details on the lesson and external links to outside readings and other support materials.

- Watch the case study posted on Canvas, titled “The Spill” in the Week 2 Module

- Answer the guiding questions and submit them on Canvas!
Students then watch a lecture video (<30 minutes) on a leadership topic that will be explored in the subsequent materials / resources.
Students are instructed to watch a case study video lecture that provides practical examples, strategies, and theories related to the content provided in the lecture. The case study is rooted in real-world examples that students can grasp.
Following the outline at the beginning of the lesson, students will answer the defined “Guiding Questions” and then submit via the assignment upload area on Canvas.
