Join the discussion at Creative Conversations: Bridging the Bubble between Campus & Community in the Arts!!

Emerging Leaders in the Arts and the Arts & Business Alliance of Eugene present:

Creative Conversations: Bridging the Bubble between Campus & Community in the Arts!!

When: Wednesday, October 30th from 6-8pm
Where: Oregon Supported Living Program – Lincoln Gallery: 309 W. 4th St. Eugene, OR 97401

The university campus is often described as a bubble that separates students and community members. Arts organizations in the community can find it difficult to reach out to students, while students can have trouble connecting with the Eugene community. Let’s come together and discuss how we can better the relationship between campus and community!!

Creative Conversations will consist of a panel presentation and break-out discussion groups that will cover:

  • Building student internship programs
  • Forming student/community collaborations
  • Attracting students to downtown Eugene
  • Connecting community members to UO arts

All community members and students are welcome! Halloween treats will be provided. Let’s bridge this bubble!
