Call for ELANblog Proposals

Call for ELANblog Proposals

Let’s face it, the arts is a vast field covering many genres and areas of administration, and we do know that you have a very particular interest in the arts – what we’d call an expertise. Here’s your opportunity to say something about it! Writing for the ELANblog is an excellent way for you to share the nuggets of knowledge you have (and your experience) to a local, state, and nationwide audience. Have you recently attended a conference? Just finished coordinating an event for your organization? We would love to read about it!

To submit a ELANblog proposal, please provide the following:

  • Your name, email and professional affiliation (i.e. UO student, Program Coordinator, etc.)
  • A title for your post
  • A summary of your topic in no more than 150 words

Guidelines for ELAN Blog Postings:

  • Provide a brief three-sentence biography (include your name, professional title, a brief professional background, field of interest, and a headshot photo of yourself)
  • Post must be kept between 500-700 words
  • Provide at least two post related images as separate attachments
  • Topic must be relevant to the field of arts/arts administration.
