1 on 1 Conversation With Jillian Alleyne

The lone bright spot on the 2012 women’s basketball team, the worst team in program history, was freshman center Jillian Alleyne. Injuries forced Alleyne into a leadership role and Alleyne shined, becoming the Pac-12 freshman of the year.

One year later Alleyne is leading a much improved women’s team. But even with all of her achievements, Alleyne still feels like the underdog, a role she’s carried her whole life.

Duck TV Sports head producer Chris Brooklier sat down with her to talk one on one.
