On this episode of DuckTV Sports, Oregon Softball wins it’s first Pac-12 title in program history, in large part thanks to junior catcher Alexa Peterson. The track and field Pac-12 championships and redshirt freshman Trent Warren’s rise up onto the track team.

Plus,  junior tennis player Alex Rovello’s tragic death.

All that and more with Anthony Piganelli and Jonathan Style anchoring.

Alexa Peterson Quietly Leading Ducks Softball Team

You may not recognize her as well as some of the pitchers she’s catching but Oregon’s junior catcher Alexa Peterson is quietly a force for the Ducks softball team. Peterson, a Salem native is hitting .464 on the season, the highest in the Pac-12 and eighth in the nation.

Peterson is also dominating in the classroom by earning all-district honors. Even with her success, Peterson is still so ever humble.

DuckTV Sports’ Ryan Rouillard has more.
