At the University of Oregon, DuckDocs users enjoy premium access to online training resources provided by Hyland, the developer of the software behind DuckDocs. While UO refers to this software as DuckDocs, it is known more widely as OnBase.
Accessing Hyland Trainings
Free and Free Premium trainings are available for members of the University of Oregon community. Use the following instructions to gain access to these trainings. If you encounter any issues accessing these trainings, please submit a service request to the DuckDocs team and we can attempt to address the issue.
- Go to the registration page for Hyland University.
- Enter your UO Email Address, First and Last Name.
- For Existing Hyland Customer or Partner, select Yes.
- Use University of Oregon (25273) as your Organization Name.
- Set a password.
- Click Sign Up.
