This blog is one that hopefully exudes the 4 themes above. I never really took blogging seriously until now because now I actually have something to say or want to say. It’s not that I’ve changed in a few weeks, but I know that I’ve grown, not only as a person but as a leader. I want to be able to look back one day and have these chronicles to look back through and read my growth and to show the world what I’m learning each day. That’s what this blog is for, to document my transition into becoming a leader.
