Cameron & McCarthy Scholarship for Landscape Architecture

The partners at Cameron McCarthy Landscape Architecture (Larry K. Gilbert, BLArch ’86; Matthew Koehler; Matthew Scheibe, Colin McArthur, BLArch ’01, MCRP ’06), along with Dr. Caroline J. Moore, BA ’71 (English), MA ’74 (English), PhD ’96 (education), established this scholarship in 2011. This scholarship honors Cameron McCarthy founding partners Ron Cameron, BLArch ’67 and Brian D. McCarthy, BLArch ’77 (1950 – 2010). It supports students in their second year and beyond who have demonstrated financial need in the Department of Landscape Architecture. Preference may be given to students who show intent to practice in the profession of landscape architecture and who have an interest in the development of public spaces that benefit and enhance the community.
