The Product Design curriculum in Design Camp explores how new products are created through a sustainable, useful, beautiful, desire-inducing creative process.
You will learn to develop products from a personal, local, and global perspective. You will think about the complete life-cycle of a product: from designer’s sketchbook to production to use to disposal. You will think about creating effective, well-designed products from responsible materials, and which fill unaddressed needs.
When you leave Design Camp, you will have a new perspective on the man-made objects in our world, and the kind of thought and work the designers put into creating them. You will never look at cars, computers, shoes, spoons, trash bins, and tape dispensers the same way.
