Call for Submissions

We accept poetry, fiction, nonfiction, art, and comics by anyone enrolled as an undergraduate in the U.S. during the 2019-20 academic year. (December grads are still eligible.) We award $100 prizes to the top submission in each genre. Submission is free and easy at:
https://furrowmagazine.submittable.com.

Deadline: February 20.

Selection is competitive, so please encourage students to send their most polished work. Last year Furrow featured work from students at 41 schools, selected from over 1,000 submissions. We’re proud to say we won the 2019AWP Program Directors’ Prize for Best Undergraduate Literary Journal (Content).
