Visual Arts Week Ideas Due May 17th!

There’s still time to submit your proposals for Visual Arts Week!

City of Eugene Cultural Services, Lane Arts Council, and Maude Kerns Art Center are partnering to host this years Visual Arts Week, August 2nd-9th, 2019. We are looking for YOU (artists and creatives) to submit ideas for pop-up experiences, workshops, and artist talks/panels.

Visual Arts Week (VAW) celebrates the visual arts by bringing together hundreds of local, regional, national and international artists through multiple visual platforms: gallery, contemporary and street art. Our vision is to celebrate and give visibility to the visual arts community by providing a platform for experimentation, creativity, and dialogue that strengthens our community’s quality of life and social well-being.

We are seeking submissions for Pop-up Experiences, Workshops, and Artist Talks/Panels. Submissions are due no later than 5 PM on May 17th. Applicants will be informed May 24th.
