The Umbrella Project is a roaming time-based art project that provides ambiance, and brings an ever-changing and engaging display of live illuminated art. It takes place January-February in at sunset in the downtown corridor of Eugene.
The Umbrella Project is part of the Artistic Encounters Program, produced by ArtCity Eugene and sponsored by City of Eugene Cultural Services

ArtCity is inviting artists to join us and have fun making street art that is only visible when it rains. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Rain activated art installations will begin as early as December, 2018.
Rain Play Eugene is produced by ArtCity as part of the Artistic Encounters Program in Downtown Eugene.
