looking for someone to help me design

I am a ballroom dancer who is looking for someone to help me design a ballroom competition dress for waltz, tango, and foxtrot (1 dress for all three is the standard). I have a seamstress and pictures of dresses I like with various features. I need someone who can tell me what style would look best on me and who can incorporate different features of several dresses into one. Is there a student I could hire who could help me do this?
